to scope the technical and functional requirements of an online learning platform to support educators in grades K-12 across the United States. kandəkə®’s role in the engagement was to clearly identify, define, and document requirements based on input from stakeholders. Requirements included elements such as improved search, robust curriculum distribution and integration capabilities with popular education online platforms.
Amani Learning Intelligence is an AI-powered student dropout prediction platform for higher education. It predicts dropout risk 4–6 weeks in advance using xAPI learning data, a LightGBM model trained on 16,000+ real students, and SHAP explainability, giving educators actionable, interpretable risk scores rather than black-box predictions. The platform integrates natively with Moodle via a plugin and exposes a REST API for LMS-agnostic deployment. We are deploying it as a SaaS offering for universities and colleges.
